Benefits

  1. Applicants are required to provide personal details, including full name, father's name, family name, date of birth, email, full address, and phone number.
  2. Applicants should specify the type of assistance needed, such as medication, Radiology, or ongoing support for chronic illnesses.
  3. Applicants are required to provide the cost of treatment and contact information of the treating physician and hospital details (if applicable).
  4. Applicants must clearly explain their economic and health situation, covering personal economic status, financial crises, health conditions, family responsibilities, personal efforts taken to address financial and health challenges, the need for financial assistance, and the expected duration of assistance. Supporting documents, such as expense statements, personal circumstance certificates, and medical reports if required, should be attached.
  5. Applicants must provide the necessary attachments, including:
    • Expense Statements: Clearly indicating monthly expenses, including rent or mortgage payments.
    • Personal Circumstance Documents: Certificates like death, marriage, or divorce certificates, when applicable.
    • Medical Reports: Reports from medical professionals explaining the health condition and the need for assistance.
    • Additional Supporting Attachments: Any other documents supporting the application.
    • Note: Personal photos of patients should not be included in the attachments.

A: No, we do not provide cash payments directly to patients. Our foundation operates with a commitment to transparency and accountability. Instead of disbursing funds directly to individuals, we make payments directly to hospitals and pharmacies to ensure that the financial assistance reaches the intended recipients for their medical needs. This approach allows us to maintain a clear record of transactions and ensures that the support is utilized for its intended purpose in the most efficient and accountable manner.
