Our program aims to support the academic pursuits of students in the Bekaa region throughout their university years. At its core, the program envisions a future where education drives positive change, enabling every talented student in the Bekaa to pursue higher education without being burdened by financial obstacles. With a focus on academic achievement, community engagement, and leadership, this program aims to empower a new generation of scholars who will shape the future of the Bekaa and beyond.

  • The scholarship covers only universities, institutes, and public secondary schools.

  • The scholarship is awarded for a maximum duration of four years (based on eligibility).
  • Funds must be used strictly for educational purposes.
  • SHF reserves the right to monitor academic progress.
  • The scholarship may be terminated in case of violation of the agreement.
  • Scholarships are governed under Lebanese laws.
  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared information.
  1. Academic Performance
    • Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 / 4.0 (or equivalent).
  2. Good Academic Standing
    • No academic probation or suspension.
  3. Progress Toward Degree
    • Show consistent progress in completing courses and degree requirements.
  4. Conduct & Discipline
    • Maintain a clean disciplinary and legal record.
  5. Community Engagement
    • Participate in extracurricular activities, community service, or SHF initiatives.
  6. Annual Renewal
    • Submit a renewal application each year with updated academic records.
  7. Financial Need
    • Continue to demonstrate financial need.
  8. Reporting
    • Provide periodic academic updates when requested by SHF.

  • You agree to comply with all SHF Scholarship policies and conditions (MOU).
  • All information provided is accurate and complete.
  • You understand that selection is competitive and conditional.
