Sallaum Humanitarian Foundation Launches its First Online Training

Based on the growing demand for online training that empowers individuals across Lebanon, the Salloum Humanitarian Foundation is proud to announce the successful launch of its first online training course. This marks a significant milestone in our mission to empower local community organizations, medical centers, NGOs, SMEs, the self-employed, and the public sector. This innovative initiative reflects our commitment to providing essential knowledge and skills to individuals in various regions through a single, easily accessible medium.

The two-day training course, held on March 27-28, 2024, seamlessly blended technology and education, allowing participants to join from their homes or offices without commuting. Using Microsoft Teams, attendees were introduced to the virtual program, which included engaging and enjoyable online games and activities that enriched the learning experience.

The training focused on two key areas: project cycle management and writing winning grant proposals. Participants delved into the fundamentals of these two topics and gained a comprehensive understanding of needs assessment, monitoring and evaluation, budgeting, resource allocation, and donor expectations. Each session was designed to ensure participants left with practical knowledge and enhanced skills, ready to be applied in their respective fields.
